We Drive You Fly proudly partners with travel advisors across the country to provide reliable private transportation for clients visiting Orlando, Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, and Port Canaveral.
Our Travel Agent Loyalty Program is designed to be simple, transparent, and easy to use. There is no complicated registration process and no separate booking system.

How It Works
There is no separate travel agent login required.
Simply book transportation through our website the same way your client would.
Booking Instructions
When making a reservation:
- Complete the booking as if you are booking for yourself
- On Page 3, where you confirm the details, you will see a map on the page
- Click the Edit button next to Trip Details
- Enter your client’s name and cell number there
- For your first booking, include your agency name in the trip notes
Once that first reservation is completed, your profile will automatically be linked to you and your agency. All future reservations made using your email and phone number will be tracked to your account.

Commission Structure
Travel advisors earn commission on each completed reservation.
- 10% commission on SUV bookings
- 10% commission on Transit van bookings
- $25 commission on limo or bus bookings
- $5 commission on stroller rentals
Commission is calculated per trip, per direction.
Example:
A round trip SUV reservation equals two commissionable trips.

Commission Payouts
All commissions are paid via ACH transfer.
Before receiving your first payment, you will need to complete a short ACH payment form.
Payouts are issued:
- Once your commission balance reaches $100
or - At the end of each quarter
If your balance is below $100 and you would like an earlier payout, just reach out and we’re happy to process it.

Monthly Reporting
To keep things organized and transparent, we send agencies a monthly Excel spreadsheet that includes:
- Completed reservations
- Travel dates
- Vehicle type
- Commission earned
- Agent name, if multiple agents are booking under one agency
This makes it easy for agencies to track bookings and payouts.

Important Policy
Promo codes and influencer discounts cannot be combined with travel agent commissions.
If a promo code is used during booking, that reservation will be processed as non-commissionable.
